Towton Posted December 21, 2011 Share Posted December 21, 2011 I have the honour of taking my young nieces, 3 and 6, out tomorrow for the afternoon. They live near Birdwell, Barnsley and me in Sheffield. I have no car so will be using the buses- will Maddowhell be just too packed? Or will I be ok going to McD's? Or that playplace? JennyB Posted December 21, 2011 Share Posted December 21, 2011 We had a lovely morning at wentworth garden centre today, went to see FC then dinner in the cafe, brouse round pet shop, playing in the outdoor area. Bit pricey but if the budget can stretch...... Or wentworth castle is also lovely and close to birdwell. Another option is elsecar heritage centre with the soft play area.
