"Big Man" Charged for throwing yob off

Recommended Posts

Several people are in the wrong here:

1 - Mr Big Man was in the wrong for throwing this young person off the train in the way he did. The video clearly shows the young person falling onto the platform. It's not clear if they are thrown or not.

2 - The conductor was in the wrong for not offering the young person the opportunity to purchase another ticket, and/or for not issuing a penalty notice and/or for not informing the BTP.

3 - The youth himself for not checking he had the correct ticket, and for being abusive toward the conductor.

The big man should be prosecuted for assault, and is guilty in my opinion.

The conductor should be re-trained.

The youth should be issued a penalty notice.

Nice idea Grandad, but no evidence at all in that link that other commuters stood back and did nothing, nor indeed any mention that other people were in the carriage, so your reference to it is rather pointless is it not?

No, because that's what this real world is actually like... just watch the attitude and behaviour of the university student.

In the OP the moment the kid started f-ing and blinding he wanted a clip around the ear and throwing off the train and that’s what he got.

Well what did he expect ? Conductor should have left the student pillock, gone to report to the train driver and radioed ahead to British transport police to arrest student pillock as he got off.

Situated badly handled in my opinion. The student wasn't attacking anyone so there was no immediate risk

Spot on. What did it have to do with this bully?
