NIGHT TRAIN is a new event to be held on the 2nd SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH starting SAT 11th february 2012,playing the best in TAMLA MOTOWN,NORTHERN SOUL & 60`S R n B

 

NIGHT TRAIN is at PENELOPES next to the ODEON CINEMA across from the Crucible theatre,Penelopes is a lovely little venue [holds around 220 with a great retro feel.

 

Live on stage will be THE SOUL FACES 6 piece band with superb vocalist mick daly supported by a full brass section of horns,trumpet,saxaphone and a lovely 60`s hammond organ £5 on the door,band on stage at 9.30,be early we expect it to be very popular.

Yep,very pleased with the response to our opening event on SAT 11TH FEB.....even though its down as a pay on the door event,we have been asked to sell advance tickets by many people.....so far we have SOLD nearly 60 tickets with over three weeks to go....PENELOPE`S is a lovely little club with a nice atmosphere & it`s very much looking as though NIGHT TRAIN will be SOLD OUT on the night......anyone wanting to make sure they get in can purchase advance tickets from WOODY`S sandwich bar,657 Ecclesall road,hunters bar roundabout during the day...open between 9 am to 4pm seven days a week,cheers russ:smile:
