Leah-Lacie
Just wanted to come back here and post this... My baby had her first injections yesterday. The nurse said "Don't wait for her to get a raging temperature before you give her calpol, go home, give her some, and some nurofen too. If you wait until shes hot, you may find its not enough, but have to wait 6 hours before giving her any more." Just prior to this, I had been reading an immunisation leaflet in the waiting room.... It said: "NEVER GIVE A BABY PARACETAMOL IN ANTICIPATION OF A FEVER"
