squidge00
My boyfriend plays golf, football and pool - the first and last which i enjoy myself but i would really like to pursue a sport with a female team in the same way that he goes out to play footy. There seems to be a real lack of this which i think is a shame. Its as though once you reach womanhood, you are just destined to be wifey, or just go out drinking with the girls....or at lease that's how it feels to me. Anyone got any suggestions? fox20thc
I used to be in a pool team down south. There are ladies football teams and basketball and netball, you just have to decide what you like and find it.

max
I run a fencing club in Sheffield and we have a mixed bag of members including women one of whom is a pentathlete. I recently fenced in the The Hereford & Worcester open fencing competition and at epee alone there were over 90 women fencers. Come along on Thursday nights and have a go. mogwy
Yeah, hey... I've been thinking about joining a netball team also. I from Australia and I'm wanting to meet some new people. Are there any place where you can just play for fun on a night during the week if you have your own team?
