Fridge Freezer problems

I have a side my side fridge freezer. The fridge has started to freeze things that are in the bottom so somethings obviously wrong. It's out of warranty.

Do you think it will be expensive to fix?

Anyone recommend someone?

This happened to mine, turned out the little hole/drain at the back was blocked and therefore frozen up. Cleared that out and its been fine since

Your fridge should have a drain hole somewhere! It has to - otherwise it couldn't function.

 

Presumably you've tried turning the temperature up?

 

Anyhow, the thing to do is switch it off for 24 hours and let it defrost totally. Make sure any drain holes are clear, and re-start it again.

 

That should fix it.

 

If not then it's knackered.

No there is no drainage hole, maybe it's cause it's a double fridge freezer but we've had everything out and there is no outlet.

If you know where it is then please tell me The fridge is a Beko AB 910s.
