She gave Croydon Magistrates' Court no indication of her plea and said she wanted to face a Crown Court trial." She's probably bitten of more than she can chew there. Also if the rumours of mental health issues were true then there is another good reason for keeping her detained. If she is detained then of course her kids have to go somewhere.
