sheena56 Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 Been reading the quotes regarding Banners, I spent my childhood down Attercliffe as my Grandmother lived on Chippingham street, remember the off licence and Ainsleys Chipshop well. I was wondering if anyone could remember my grandma she was called Doris Fox, and had a second hand clothes shop on Attercliffe near the Non Political club, until the 70s when it was demolished, she then moved down to Carbrook near the school, she used to deal with a lot of the men from the steelworks who bought overalls from her Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
