I am starting a new kickboxing class for beginners every Tuesdays at 7:00pm - 8:00pm at the Box Office boxing club on Lancing rd, Sheffield S2 4ES. Fitness class (Mixed) will follow at 8:00pm - 9:00pm. Thursday - Fitness class at 7:00pm - 8:00pm followed by the kickboxing class at 8:00pm - 9:00pm. fully equiped boxing gym with punchbags and 2 boxing rings. close to TOWN CENTRE more days and times will follow when i get these classes full. Claude is an old friend and "rival instructor" (LOL) Obviously we keep that rivalry inside the ring where it belongs Over the holidays i popped in there for a fitness session with the old master himself Nice gym , freindly instructor and i worked up an appetite for my Turkey Pie ! I have trained at Claudes class in the past and he has always had girls there too so yes it is suitable for females Also suitable for novices as it is a Beginners class. Its £5 per class.
