And take on board the comments on a meal........ yes I think a 'free for all' few drinks is a better way to go as then people can mingle more easily. You see, slowly we'll get a plan together!!! At some point, you may need to ask questions about age as there could be a wide range. Also, peoples sex is not always apparent from their name, male/female ratio needs to be considered.
