Because evolution created men and women differently with men maturing later than women, meaning women have always gone for stronger older men and men have always looked for young fertile females. It might make more sense to look at percentages. What percentage of white people in any country are incarcerated for murder or for sexual offences? How does that compare with the percentage of non-white people? You could also ask: What percentage of Britons are convicted of paedophiliac offences?
