Over 70% of rapes are committed by family members, 17% are known assailants and only 6% are strangers. This means that it is generally a family member or a close friend of the family that rapes/molests a child. Therefore, if you are White and are molested, 9 times out of 10, your were molested by a White person. The same thing goes for Blacks, Latinos/Latinas, Indians, Asians, Arabs, etc. I don't know what's happening over there in london but in the USA, most victims of Childhood Sexual Assault are White kids and they were assaulted by White relatives and close friends of the family that were White. The table explains that 0.0 percent means that there were under 10 incidents nationally". The leading statistic quite clearly shows that White's and Blacks rape...the numbers also correlate, give or take a few percentages based on the differential of the population. Where the percentages go through the roof 0.0% wise is the White on Black stat. White on White exists. Black on White exists. Black on Black exists. White on Black seems to attract 0% figures almost. That would be a peculiar form of self loathing in my case since the overwhelming majority of my (beloved) family are in fact a whiter shade of pale.
