mj.scuba
Utter rubbish JFK, the English hooligan problem of the 70s is well enough documented on youtube and other internet sites, like most things in this country hooliganism was subject to media hype and exageration. Half an hour on the internet and the footage of the Polish hooligans can clearly be compared to the 'homegrown' stuff and is in a different league both past and present .... each to their own 'maybes' though eh ! People are also quite happy enough to post links to videos on YouTube of EDL demos, I assume if we're dismissing YouTube as any kind of source, those can be dismissed too as non-evidencial. ricgem2002
The quality of life in Britain is the worst in Europe – lower even than Poland, because of crime, violence and the high cost of living. Kent chief constable Mike Fuller told Jacqui Smith "migration surges" had contributed to an increase of more than a third in violent crime over five years to 7,800 incidents in 2007. He must be racist for talking about imigration. NOT:) Then there’s the additional pressure on the public services, school, NHS. Police The group hopes this will stabilise the swelling UK population and reduce pressure on public services at a time when immigrants are entering at the highest rate in recorded history. Rural communities are struggling to cope with unprecedented immigration that is putting increasing strain on local services

Police I agree, there is so much more to the immigration debate than simply jobs, we have to consider the other effects on our society too. It's well-documented that EDl members have criminal records for violence or child sex offences- these are recorded in court records and newspaper reports. It is not recorded on Youtube that hooliganism in poland is worse than the UK.
mj.scuba
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Far_right_in_Poland Like in other nations across the world, there are several far-right organizations in Poland. Public support of these parties is marginal, as they received 2.8% of the popular vote in the 2007 parliamentary elections. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_National_Party During the 2010 General Election, the BNP received 1.9% of the vote and failed to win any seats. Xt500
Where i work employs hundreds of them, all on poor wages. Uk residents would find it very very hard to survive on the hours and pay that these people are prepared to do it for.Immigrants often have their own lifes and houses back home and work here because its finacially better for them and send money home. Is it a benefit to us? No i dont think so because firms like the one i work for would otherwise have to pay the workers with no skills better money to attract people to do it which then benefits us all much more than money being bled off to other countries. If it wasnt for the hundreds of immigrants being employed where i work it WOULD be UK residents. It isnt because they are work shy although some might like to con us into that way of thinking, its because they just cannot afford to do the jobs. Where is it you can buy a house or even rent one with wages of just over £6 an hour?
