At the Tengu Dojo members practice a combination of Japanese styles and techniques called: Cobu. The most effective strikes, locks, take-downs and weapons techniques are taken from across the arts of bujutsu (fighting method) and trained to be practical, easy and efficient in realistic self-defence combat.

Why not try it out?

Take a look at the website: http://www.japanese-martial-arts-sheffield.co.uk

Adult lessons: Mon Tues Wed Thurs 7pm and 1pm Sat. Cost £15 per week. There are no other charges, joining, gradings etc.

Juniors can start age 4 upwards. At that age it's usually suggested they do just one lesson a week, cost £5

The whole first week is free, just come along and try it out.
