Had no symptoms before but now Im feeling breathless and tired and can feel my heart racing for no reason. Have you thought about limiting your access to once a week to SF? ;) Seriously try garlic tablets every day. Garlic is said to reduce & regulate blood pressure & the reason why Greeks & Italians (along with their diet) have lower blood pressure than us Brits! On three at the moment, But the cost of prescriptions i dont think i can afford much more.
