Bumblezzz
Press works Tell them your mum will ring the Star . And also i am amazed that they did not follow the right action regarding the box of wrapping paper falling on the young boys head. It should have been logged in the accidents book you really should have taken this further.
Cat86
mail their ceo .. andy.clarke@asda.co.uk.. I love asda customer service.. I generally try and book my home delivery in rush hour, in hope they'll be late, so that I can get the delivery charge refunded... Had plenty of complaints with them, they tend to throw money off vouchers at you. Or have done with me

Pinksarah889
I haven't been agressive with them. It's no good having ago at the person you get through to, after all it's not their fault. All I want is for someone to take ownership and resolve this instead of fobbing me off and being disinterested. I do remember a time when asda would give you vouchers and do anything they could to makesure you were satisfied, what has since changed I do not know. All I want is a replacement. Pinksarah889
Try Googling Sale of goods act and then go back to them armed, not angry. Quote the sale of goods act and see how they start quaking... I will take a look at that. Thanks

The Star vs Walmart in a libel case is not something they would risk (or the lost advertising). They're not the BBC. Speak to the store manager, they are there for a reason. Lucyjackson
The store manager is appalling at one particular store. I wish you all the look in the word of trying to get this sorted. I am now having to take ASDA to court, shocking customer service, shocking complaints procedure and complete lack of respect to their customers
wornout53
Just to put the other side of things.....I have had a couple of dealings with ASDA customer service and found them helpful and responsive.
Pinksarah889
I have tweeted Asda earlier and Paul from headoffice phoned me back and took some details, he was very nice. The complaints team are going to phone me on Monday so we'l see what happens.
