Phanerothyme
Yes everyone will be able to take pleasure out of looking at it Instead of buying a new one, why not just take a picture of an existing one, and we can all take pleasure of looking at that instead. Cost to taxpayer? £14.50 for a nice poster of the Oriana.

As most have never seen the Queen why don't we get rid of her and just give all the Alf Garnetts a pic of her...kill 2 birds with one stone like. splodgeyAl
Balmoral is her own land, not Crown Estate. It is owned by the person of Elizabeth Windsor, not the Crown of Elizabeth II.Probably not using their pseudonym, tho
harvey19
Great idea for the prestige of the country and our Royalty. The Queen and Royal family have had criticism thrown at them for years by some so it is nice to see businesses throw gifts at her. By the way who is the winner the critics or our Queen ? RootsBooster
Has he actually asked the Queen if she'd even like it? Imagine- Queen presented with new £60m yacht.. "Oh, why thank you." *whispers to Prince Phillip* Be a dear, Phillip, and put this round the back with the rest please. Do these people even realise I'm 85 now and was never that into yachting in the first place?
