Sadly, even with all the wonders of modern medicine available to us, there are still some medical conditions for which the first that you have anything wrong with you, is when you suddenly keel over dead. They're impossible to diagnose and treat. This may or may not be one such condition - we shouldn't really speculate - but whatever the cause, our sympathies should be with her family. No, I always used to duck out of PE too but that was only to save energy for the evenings football from tea to calling in time.
