Grappler
Bodyflo is now the home of Sheffield shoot fighter's, Run by Richard Pepper (Pep), one of the most respected MMA coaches around. This Class is part of the membership and can also be paid for on the day, just £5 per class at bodyflo Is that the case for all classes? So if I do a Thai class it is five quid, BJJ is five quid and Shoot with Pep a fiver? I travel a lot with work so a monthly payment plan is not always convenient as I may be away for two weeks in any month.
Bodyflo
That's right, all classes are just £5 each, not bad for some of the best coach's in sheffield

ads21
Looks good. Might be worth putting the class times you posted on 21-03-2012 08:56 on your website for people to see. As for pricing, are the muay thai classes on a pay-per-session basis, and if so how much. Or if it's per month would it be the £28?
