Is agnosticism actually atheism without the attitude?

aaarghhh too many negatives!

Disbelief in god suggests that you are surprised to see him and don't quite believe hes really there:hihi: If I was shown a god then yes I would show disbelief. It would look like this

:o

I hope you're not being serious about that inaccurate definition. It'd be rather embarrassing for you if you are.

On the contrary, if any evidence is ever provided that God(s) created the universe as an atheist I will examine it in the same way I examine the evidence, for evolution, or anything else.
Has there ever been any evidence provided that satisfactorily explains how the universe could have always existed without needing a cause?

Hold it right there - you argued yourself into a big hole the first time round, don't go there again.

1) Me no. A cosmologist/physicist might be able to though. Are there any in "A Universe from Nothing" by Krauss? (seeing as how you have read it and I have not).

2) I have yet to come across a falsifiable definition of God, or indeed any of its supposed attributes. (Falsifiable claims of religion abound. Indeed, just pick up a bible, read it and compare other historical documents of the time and archaeological finds).

That's because religion is a blind faith. To know there was a God, or to discover there was a God would kill the faith you place in God. It's based on the belief that there is a God, not knowing there is a God.

You spout more nonsense by the moment - If I had a lifelong deep faith and then discovered there was indeed a God, I'd feel bloody chuffed. Far from killing my faith it'd be a glorious affirmation of it.

When the things you say are being contradicted by the things you do, you become an hypocrite.

What is it that atheists do that you consider to be hypocritical exactly?

Is an atheist allowed to enjoy singing hymns for example and not be a hypocrite?

You mean like this...
