Strix Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 I not only save my own junk just in case, - when my Mum decides to part with the junk she has saved over the last 50 years just in case... I save that just in case..... aaahhhThankfully I'm not quite that bad... at all! My sister, however, has not only accumulated things from family that they're throwing out, but started collecting things from charity shops which are identical to those my mum decided we no longer needed (or which broke) sometime in the eighties! who the heck needs a dozen straight sided red stem glasses only big enough to hold about a shot of... erm, never knew what we used those for... and an assortment of other pieces in the same range, including sundae dishes (at least the ice cream looked good in those, and I'm sure we had trifle in them too) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
