Changing what you eat in order to improve your health

This interesting video is a little lecture given by a woman doctor who had been confined to a wheelchair with MS but has transformed her life and health by changing to what she describes as a modern Hunter Gatherer regime of food intake. She has said goodbye to the wheelchair.:)

 

It lasts about 18 minutes.

Undertaking any radical diet change can be hazardous for your health and what may work for one person may not work for another, and what may seem to be a startling development in health may be little more than unique chance.

 

Always consult your doctor before attempting any new diet plan.
