Then come along to Sheffield Yoga Centre's FREE open day on Sunday 5th February 2012. Running from 12pm to 4pm, you're welcome to pop in and have a look round the Centre before joining in with our taster sessions. We'll also be running and Iyengar Yoga Demonstration and you'll get the chance to discover more about Iyengar Yoga during our Q&A Session. New Starter Sessions - 12.15 to 12.45pm and 2.15 to 2.45pm Yoga for Teenagers (18s and under) - 1.15 to 1.45pm Relaxation Session - 3.00 to 3.30pm There's no need to book to attend, just drop in when you feel like.
