Microsoft products are unstable and always get released too early. As soon as a new version is out everyone starts rolling back their new computers because of compatibility issues. You don't get any useful software with the computers, the only upside is they are cheap-it shows. I have had a mac for 7 years and its still as fast as when I got it, it has no virus software (and has never had a virus) and it came with loads of brilliant software.
