Mrs K Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 Hi a few weeks before christmas i hurt my back, Iv been seeing a chiropractor who recomends pilates to strengthen the back muscles. Iv never been to a pilates class before but I need to make sure the teacher is fully trained (due to my back problem) can anyone tell me if there is any classes in the sheffield 8 area .....
