Mtb rear wheel clicking sound

you mean you want it to click, or you want to stop it clicking?

If you have a click that you don't want I'd check the rear derailleur (that's the spring arm that feeds the chain onto the set of cogs on the back wheel) to make sure they aren't moving over too far and causing the spring mechanism to catch on the spokes. Turn the bike upside down and spin the pedals by hand whilst changing gear to check this.

If you haven't got a click but want one, get a lollipop stick and put it through the gap in the brake block holder till it touches the spokes - then pedal away and you'll get a nice noise.
