Mcgates
My brother drives one of those rover zx or something like that only a 1.6 and he pays 4300 quid! At 19 years old. Personally I'd rather take the bus than pay that kind of cash.

Mcgates
Yes paid 300 quid less for the car than the years insurance. The annoying thing about it is he drives like a 60 year old on a Sunday afternoon
walkertelecoms
£10/£11 a day insurance, where he could probably get the same place by bus for 50p But you know, there's the flip side. My daughter works near Abbeydale Road South, it takes her over 2 hours to get there by bus, I can drive her there in 15 minutes. Around 5 hours in travel for what's sometimes a 4hr shift. monkey104
No one company is better than the other really, it's best to shop around.Try the comparison websites then call individual insurance companies. Just when you think you have your cheapest quote, start again! This happened to me 2 years ago when I bought my Discovery. Tried comparison websites which came in at around £500. Tried some individual companies which then started coming in at £1500. I thought I had best go with one of the comparison websites when I found another broker who quoted £165!!!! I took that and when renewal came around it had gone up to £360. I started the whole process again and found another quote at £210. One company may be good for one person but not necessarily for another. Good luck!
Mcgates
I got my old disco td5 insured for 180 quid with sure term. But it cost me 380 for my trusty old 4 litre v8i auto. But she worth every penny :-D
