They are so badly injured with injuries that have been recieved from torture. The aid agency is getting them better, then they are being rearrested and taken back for more torture. The criticism of the Libyan government is that it is doing nothing to stop them. As for your criticism of Cameron, I'd like you to tell us what he's supposed to do. You seem to think the British government can just re-establish the Empire and tell all these foreigners what they can and can't do. Maybe you don't realise the world has changed. In case you had forgotten Cameron was the one who started all this, by bombing Libya back to the stone age, a few months ago. The Libyan uprising started a year ago after similar uprisings in Tunisia and Egypt. The no-fly zone was agreed by the UN. The French were the first to enter Libyan air space in order to enforce it.
