nexusdee Posted February 2, 2012 Share Posted February 2, 2012 The other day I had that rare commodity of a polite scrap man knock on my door to ask if it was ok to go through my skip for any scrap. I said sure & also said I had some on the back yard I hadn't put in the skip yet he was welcome. He was really polite & thanked me. Next minute another van pulled up & a man got out & started abusing him saying this was his area & it was his scrap. A abusive argument started out and the first scrap man apologetically advised me to go inside incase things turned violent.
