The article, from 2007 was eventually retracted by the appropriate papers as unsubstantiated. Unless you have information or personal experience to the contrary, perhaps best not to venture down that slippery route eh? Why shouldn't we venture down that route. I've linked you to a disturbing report in a reputable national newspaper. If they have genuinely retracted the article then I'm surprised that it is still on their website. Maybe you could provide a link to the retraction (that's the normal way for a debate to progress, you make an assertion and then back it up with evidence).
