I'll go along with that , it's a lovely clean cafe but I don't think many realise that Dunhelms have got a cafe upstairs and there's a lift too. A couple of drive thru food/drink units... an Aldi/Lidl store and other units. Apart from the added traffic in the area, will it house more empty units ? Sure it will take the money in there, but not the kind of store that I would have hoped for. At least its not another bargain store I suppose. They have a discount supermarket brand called Jacks. That would just be the right size for that. See the one they have in Barnsley as an example. The licensing hours were 0600-2300 I believe, so I guessed at one of their convenience stores like they have in wisewood. Anything is better than an empty unit though, I suppose.
