denlin
'get' and 'life' are two words i could string a sentence together here with, there's far more important things going on that ratting on someone for not paying their road tax - (ps what great roads we have by the way) I bet it would be 50/50 if you walked up to a police car and snitched on someone who hadn't a valid tax disc whether they'd follow it up or not, as I know of a similar incident where the police went the other way do gooder curtain twitchers make me sick - and just add to problems Don't talk out of your bum, if the numpty with the car has no tax and therefore no insurance he wants reporting because if he has an accident then the poor so and sos he hits hopefully will be uninjured but will not only have to claim off their own insurance for damage but will find their premiums going up too because brainless scroat thinks the law is not for them

krisc
Both the DVLA or Police will get the ball rolling, Just give details of car registration, make model, colour and exact location (just in case it is still being driven).
