My sister is a size 4/6 and shes lucky just to be naturally thin, she eats a lot, and a lot of crap, but doesn't gain weight. She doesn't look unhealthy like some of these stick thin starved models you see! This is true, in my teens I used to have to take in a size 8 jeans as that was the smallest available.
