redruby Posted February 13, 2012 Share Posted February 13, 2012 Again as I said in my previous post IMO that this isn't about bus drivers beaming inanely at every passanger boarding the bus. It's about providing a VERY BASIC level of customer service - like actually STOPPING when a passenger flags down a bus and a quick nod or thanks when someone shows a pass!!! Too many (that's TOO MANY not ALL!!) drivers just can't be arsed. I totally appreciate that being a bus driver will often be stressful but it doesn't excuse being totally ignorant.
