Whereas the gays in Labour are all out and proud. Is he correct? Does it really matter? Exactly. Why should anyone care ? Nobody is saying that gays should be forced to come out, or that it matters to their job, but it raises questions about attitudes within the conservative party if a disproportionate number of their gay activists feel unable come out.
