Britain's land is still owned by an aristocratic elite - but it doesn't have to be this way.

 

 

 

This is what I would call land monopoly.

 

It leads to exploitation of the landless peasants.

 

This is unfair and unjust.

And wholly inaccurate. All land in the UK is owned by the Crown and not by any individual.

Not sure where you get this information from, as far as I'm aware the Crown owns rights to the minerals in or under all the land in Britain. Not the actual land itself, see this site for more information: Who owns Britain.

 

What do I know though, I was only a law clerk not a full blown solicitor.
