This is what I would call land monopoly. It leads to exploitation of the landless peasants. This is unfair and unjust. And wholly inaccurate. Not sure where you get this information from, as far as I'm aware the Crown owns rights to the minerals in or under all the land in Britain. Not the actual land itself, see this site for more information: Who owns Britain. What do I know though, I was only a law clerk not a full blown solicitor.
