Would you risk your life for your dog?

Recommended Posts

So, what if it was normally a very well behaved dog, you was absolutely nowhere near the ice and you had it off the lead, then it shot off because it spotted something (or whatever reason)

It could happen to anyone.

Of course it could happen. From experience many dog walkers have their dogs off lead in theses areas.

Reminds me of the time I was cleaning the rabbits out at the side of the house. Mput them I their run on the grass and as the gate was open, they were spotted by a man with two dogs who were on leads .. But they pulled him across the grass .. I threw myself on top of the rabbits to protect them. Luckily, the chap managed to pull them back. I never even gave a thought to what might have happened to me.

My own fault as I should have shut the gate.
