Sir_Nigel
Well I dunno Why not write what you know? That’s what people say - it’s the age old cliché. But then there’d be books about doubt and blank looks as you stare at a screen thinking: Wots it all mean? Surely it’s right to let fancy take flight, to summon up creatures with fearsome features - two headed things with flippers and wings. Alien worlds with three-breasted girls. Mild-mannered zeros transformed into heroes who streak across skies (but don’t plagiarise) Doesn’t have to be true As long as it’s you. But that may not be quite your cup of tea. If that stuff I’ve just said doesn’t live in your head you might sit for years with your rent in arrears with nothing to show thinking - What do I know?
