esjay
Tonight at the English Institute of Sport there's an introductory/intermediate CS training session for those looking to develop sprint speed and fitness on a bike. Starts at 8.30pm and all the club ask for is a small donation of £3 to help with hire of the main hall. For those unfamiliar with the sport... CS is a flat-out, contact cycling discipline that requires speed, strength and nerve (all of which will be developed through these sessions). You'll be training alongside both elite and novice riders, under the supervision of the highest qualified CS coach in the UK. You won't need to bring anything either, helmets, gloves and bikes are provided. Just make sure you bring a decent sized water bottle. If you feel up to having a go, drop a quick email to contactspeedwaypro@gmail.com or visit www.speedwaypro.co.uk for more information.
