Swampster Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 Problem is it'll affect us very badly too :/ There's already debate about whether we'll have to reapply to join the EU too, what will happen to our credit rating? Loss of Oil revenue etc.. They're still going to be reliant on our banking system and still using sterling.. to be honest I think it'll be a very difficult web to untangle, and I'd be surprised if they can manage it in it's entirety. Scotland may well struggle on it's own (though that remains to be seen).. unfortunately the chances are it will make life tougher down here too.
