sccman
Also why do we have to pay .9 pence you cant pay 0.9pence to anyone so why the hell do they charge it, Its always been a bane and it is only on petrol, you would get a tin of beans 29.9 pence and then say you can only have two tins minimum, what we should all do is put minimum two litres in the car and wait for the change, when they charge us £2.47.8 we should all wait for the 0.2 pence that they owe us,

A few haulage firms, farmers and Conservative lorry drivers and that was pretty much it. John X

boston
The previous protests and rolling road blockades should have targeted London and the City, and brought this to a standstill. I am sure this could have achieved a lot more disruption, impacted upon and inconvienienced the individuals who are responsible for all of this. Rather than a Lorries/Tractor 'go slow' protest by holding up the A17
danny11
Goverment will love it, all those fools paying £8 each congestion charge and people using all that fuel = lots of extra money for goverment, and it will achieve nothing as most people will pay no matter it cost
