If Boris wins in London does it spell curtains for Ed Miliband?

Recommended Posts

The London Mayoral Election is hotting up and word has it that many Labour MPs think Ed Miliband's future as Labour leader hangs of Ken Livingstone beating Boris Johnson for the job.

If Boris wins the election on May 3rd does it mean the end of the line for Ed Miliband?

Don't think so, hopefully Ken Livingston will retire though.

But who could be a better candidate for the Labour party?

Livingstone's main opposition fo the Labour nomination as Oona King running on a ultra-Blairite ticket, which would not be an improvement on either Ken or Boris in any way.
