Tara Misu
As I explained in previous postings, I wrote a letter to your head office more than a week ago, when technically the shower was still under warranty. I have phoned technical department and am expecting a technician out next Wednesday. Good job we have another reliable shower.
Tara Misu
I promised to send any response I got from Triton regarding a repeat problem with their shower. I have still not had a written reply to my complaint which I sent to the Manager at Head Office. However, one of their technicians told me how to find out how long we had the shower(a label on the underside) and the shower proved to have been still under warranty when it became faulty(we had already paid for a new front for it due to the same problem and it must have been under guarantee at that time as warranty runs for 2 years and we had the new front during this period). This led to us being able to ask for a repair under the said guarantee and it was done by a charming technician this Wednesday. It did appear that it was an inherent fault, as the internal bits had to be replaced to ensure it did not happen again. So if you have a problem with the on/off switch on a Triton shower front, please get in touch with them immediately, as they obviously realise what the problem is and will put it right. I have only started a new topic as I cannot find my original posts. Wonder if they will refund the £27.00 previously paid to fix the shower ourselves!!!!!
