It is sore but I am ok and it has decreased in size, the gp said it split because of how swollen it had got. And that I should never leave it as long as I did , he gave me anti-biotic and they have contacted my care team to make sure they dress it right. As the dressing needs changing every 4 hours or so. As I have a care team come help me out on a Tuesday and Thursday while my husband is at work. I really shouldn't of left it, to be honest but I spend so much time at doctors and hospitals because of my motor neurons. I just get sick to death of going and avoid it if I can at all costs. You were trying to be brave but sometimes you just have to give in and get help.
