fruitisbad
They may be "Good with food" but pricing and general management aren't their forte. I would argue that their stakeholder involvement outweighs any of that if we want to liv ein a sustainable society. Their fair treatment of suppliers and staff, making customers shareholders, and a huge reduction towards waste packaging outweights the 4pence you will save on a tin of beans. Fair play for fighting tesco off at their own game. Tesco might try and come across as all fair play but you know that is not the truth.
carpetviper
Dont get why people are arguing about whos best tesco or waitrose when they are owned by the same corporation. Bring back Netto most of the stuff was vile but a whole lot cheaper.

MonkeyLover
I think if you are prepared to eat anything bought at Iceland you have a very strange conception of what quality means. What a load of rubbish! - are you aware that Iceland sell fruit and veg, salads, bread, bacon, cheese, eggs, milk etc etc etc etc - as well as frozen foods. They also sell branded products - the same brands that are available from Tesco, Sainsburys or Waitrose or anywhere else for that matter - so why the snobbery?
