Shogun Posted February 28, 2012 Share Posted February 28, 2012 I've been looking at some cv's today and I cant believe they are are a true reflection of the real person,face to face is the best way to interview a person for a job,but every company nowadays seems to want a cv so they can judge someone on what they have put on paper without even seeing them,like a person could put a real good cv out but when you see them they are not what you want for the job,they say everybody should have a cv but do people manipulate the truth or are most peoples cv's true. Green Web Posted February 28, 2012 Share Posted February 28, 2012 Course they're all full of BS, getting a job simply revolves around scoring the highest at an interview by any means possible, and nearly all aspects of work revolves around PR and getting one over your competitors.
