schong2111
Isn't it about time we stopped voicing concern over "teen pregnancy" and started calling it what it really is - "unemployed pregnancy". Because that's where people's objections lie isn't it? That a teenager cannot support a family and will no doubt end up on benefits if they fall pregnant? That they see pregnancy as a 'career' and all the other negative stereotypes about teenage parents. People raise kids on benefits at every age. And as unemployment rises for the under 25's are we going to voice concern over 22 year olds without jobs having children? Or will teenage parents keep getting the blame for societies benefits culture?
