BarryRiley
made a shake up, but wondering is it spose to be like a thick milkshake or just like water? Do NOT mix your protein with milk if you want the best from it. Milk contains casien protein. Your body assimilates this slowly. Whey protein however assimilates faster and therefore mixing it with milk will have a detrimental effect. Always mix with water or fruit juice to allow it in to your body as fast as possible. Also, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I wouldn't buy anything but peanut butter from Holland and Barrett. The protein in particular is generally not as concentrated as the stuff you can get online and it's very overpriced
