MysTique Posted February 29, 2012 Share Posted February 29, 2012 Alight: Twilight, a spectacular musical show in the City Hall at 7.30pm will interweave the history of Sheffield since its formation as a city in 1893 with music, dance and visual projections. Featuring over 650 performers and the world première of Timothy Allen’s Olympic Triptych (composed especially for the combined Alight forces) the show will juxtapose both university Big Bands, the Sheffield Music Service and Endcliffe Orchestras, the Chorus, the Dambusters March, the music of Glenn Miller and Handel and the Greasy Chip Butty Song – not to be missed!
