Rampent
I know. I live in a flat and cannot swing a cat around. Some council house old builds have massive rooms. Are you content with the size of your new build? The ones that only little people and cars can live in? Or do you have massive rooms that you can play tennis in? Opines? chem1st
I have roughly 50 Sqm GIFA, double that if you include the loft and my neighbour's shed. It's a lot more than most, especially on a per person basis. But I don't think I could ever have enough space... It baffles me how people pay no attention to GIFA and then go out and buy a 3bed house with a GIFA lower than many 1 bed properties and complain it is small!
